About

I built the site I wish I'd had.

A couple of years ago, I had no idea what I was doing with AI. I'd heard the hype, opened ChatGPT a few times, typed something vague, got a response that seemed okay, and closed the tab. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with it, and everything I read online felt written for people who already understood it.

Then I started actually using it — on real things. Drafting emails I'd been putting off. Summarizing long documents. Figuring out what questions to even ask. Slowly, it clicked. Not because I got more technical, but because I got more deliberate about how I was using it.

The difference between people who find AI genuinely useful and people who shrug it off usually isn't intelligence or technical background. It's just exposure — having someone show you how it actually works in practice, on tasks that look like yours.

That's what this site is for.

What you'll find here

Everything on 0to.ai is written for people who are new to AI or still figuring out where it fits in their life. No jargon, no assumed technical knowledge, no "as a language model" explanations. Just practical guides on which tools to use, how to get better results from them, and what's actually worth your time.

If you're just getting started, this is the best place to begin. If you're trying to figure out which tools are worth using, this guide breaks it down by task.

A few things I believe

AI isn't going to replace you — but it will save you a meaningful amount of time on things that drain you. The sooner you find the two or three ways it fits naturally into your work or life, the more useful it becomes.

You don't need to understand how any of this works under the hood. You don't need to learn to code, follow every new model release, or read research papers. You just need to use it on something real, and give yourself permission to experiment without worrying about doing it wrong.

Most people figure it out faster than they expect.
